Acrylate resin was synthesized using azodiisobutyrate (AIBN) as the initiator. Monophenyltriethoxysilane and dimethyldiethoxysilane were selected as monomers for hydrolysis polymerization to synthesize organosilicon resin oligomers; Through the grafting reaction between organosilicon oligomer and acrylic resin, organosilicon oligomer modified acrylic resin was synthesized. The important factors affecting the performance of the modified resin were discussed, and the optimal conditions for synthesizing the modified resin were found. The siloxane side group is introduced into the main chain of acrylate polymer through Miniemulsion copolymerization, which is hydrolyzed and condensed with tibial silicone oil to introduce polysiloxane graft chain. The lotion has good stability, and the film has strong hydrophobicity when the content of silicone monomer is small.

Polycondensation reaction is one of the commonly used methods for modifying polyacrylates with organic silicon. The process involves condensation or polycondensation reaction (dehydration or dealcoholization) between acrylic polymers containing active tibial groups (containing [3-light ethyl or tibial propyl monomers) or polyacrylates with isocyanate groups and organic silicon oligomers with active light groups, amino groups, alkoxy groups, or epoxy groups, thereby bonding organic silicon to acrylic resin molecules.

Under the action of an acid catalyst, a clear and transparent polysiloxane intermediate was obtained by polycondensation of orthosilicate acetic acid at 60 70 ° C for 2 to 3 hours, which only contained a micro housing=Si OH group. The intermediate was then polycondensated with a copolymer of acrylic acid, propyl acrylate, and acrylate. It is said that the modified silicone acrylic resin has significant improvements in acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, solvent resistance, and impact strength compared to pure polysiloxane, and the spectral selectivity of the modified product is also significantly better than that of the pre modified acrylic resin.

A new type of acrylic resin was synthesized by condensation of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substituted with amino terminated groups and acrylic monomers with isocyanate groups, and then copolymerization with acrylic monomers was initiated by ultraviolet light. It is reported that the resin exhibits good thermal shrinkage performance when stretched at temperatures higher than the glass transition temperature (stone).
